My practice, based in Hounslow Middlesex, is idealy situated for those who live in Hounslow, Twickenham, Richmond, Isleworth, Osterley and the surrounding West London area. It is a two-minute walk from the Hounslow BR station and the 281 bus route. I can also be easily reached from Whitton and Twickenham BR stations and Hounslow Central and Hounslow East underground stations. Parking is freely available.

I have been working as a Psychodynamic Counsellor/Psychotherapist with adults and young people for almost twenty years. In addition to seeing adults in private practice, I have managed a young people’s counselling service, Ealing Youth Counselling Service (EYCIS) and worked as a counsellor in four High Schools. I also offered counselling to parents of children with a disability when working for the Family Welfare Association.

I am a qualified counselling supervisor providing supervision to counsellors at EYCIS and Hounslow Youth Counselling Service click here and a founding director of Youth2Youth,click here a young people’s helpline. I am an experienced trainer specialising in counselling training, adolescent development, and young people and self-harm.

As a member of UKCP, BACP and FPC I am bound by their codes of ethics and practice regarding confidentiality and am subject to their complaints procedure. All of my work is professionally supervised.
